Understanding the basic principles regarding the recruiting process and its identifiable steps is essential for you as a successful Vemma Brand Partner and is certainly important regarding moving prospects from interest to commitment, and ultimately growing your business… and theirs.
The recruiting process guides you on what you need to do, as well as educates you on what support resources will do to help you develop your down line and sell products. In fact, we have made the process so simple that it requires very little explanation.
However, your part is the most important step in the process. It requires that you engage with people about this fabulous opportunity to live a healthier and more fulfilled life. As well, demonstrate a way to earn a significant amount of money that will reward them with more time and money.
The following diagram illustrates the breakdown of the four steps in the recruiting process and should be used as a guide as you go about developing your business.
- Step 1: Engage - This is where you must focus your energy and if you encounter an objection you can’t handle, engage your support resource… they are ready and able to help.
